Description: Anti-spatter Spray for MIG/MAG and electrode welding which avoids spatter to adhere around welding area.
Application: Electro-welding: prevents adhesion of weld spatter along welding seams. Gas welding: For clean nozzles, apply frequent thin spray coatings - ensure equipment is SHUT-OFF.
Use: Apply an even, fine spray layer only. The foam which may form has no negative influence and is proof that the surface has been evenly and thinly sprayed. (Avoid any droplet which might form at the spray-nozzle to fall onto the surface to be welded.) After use, the film can be washed off with warm water. No problems regarding galvanizing.
Properties: Not flammable, free of silicones and silicone oils, highly concentrated, good wetting of the surface to be welded, very economical, good separating action, no welding pores, can be washed off with warm water, "foam indicator". Storage, Protect from frost!
